At DillyDesigns, quality is our mission. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return your item as long as it's in saleable condition.
14-Day Return Policy
You may return any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note that sale items are excluded from returns.
We only accept items that are undamaged, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with the corresponding delivery note.
Return Shipping
Registered Swiss customers: We cover return shipping costs for orders originating from Switzerland.
International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark your package as "Return" to avoid customs charges.
How to Return
You can return your package with any postal service. Please use the original packaging and include a return slip with:
- Your order number
- Which items you are returning for a refund
- Reason for return

Important Notes
You are responsible for the package until it arrives with us. Please request proof of postage so you have evidence of dispatch if your package is lost in transit. We recommend insuring your return shipment.
No Exchanges
We cannot offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Processing Time
Depending on your location and postal service, returns may take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach us.
We'll email you once we receive your return in its original condition. Once received, we'll refund you via your original payment method — usually within 1 business day. It may then take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Unsuitable Returns
We strive to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in unsuitable condition and outside the 14-day period, we may need to return it to you at your expense.
